This notice explains what we do with the details you give us on this website.
Who we are
Causeway Coast Golf Apparel is a golf clothing brand run by two brothers in Larne, Northern Ireland. We decide how the details you give us here are used.
What we collect
- If you join our launch list: your email address, your first name if you give it, and your agreement to hear from us.
- If you ask for our trade pack: your shop or club name, your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and your message.
Why we use it
- To email you about the launch of The Original Polo and our new products, if you agreed to this. Our lawful basis is your consent.
- To reply to your trade enquiry and send our trade pack. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering businesses that contact us.
We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form entries for us. Netlify is based in the United States, so your details may be stored outside the UK. Netlify protects them under its data processing agreement. When we reply to you, your details also pass through our Google Workspace email.
How long we keep it
- Launch list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Trade enquiries for up to two years after we last spoke, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, reply to any email from us or use either form on our home page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
